UNDERWATER BIRTHDAY PARTIES

You provide the kids. Denver Divers provides the bubbles!

For kids eight and up, we can give your birthday boy or girl a pretty unique birthday party. We’ll put the party-goers in pint-size scuba gear and take them “down under” in our indoor saltwater pool. A few short words in Sea Sign language will let the kids “sing” Happy Birthday underwater! Kids can also play games underwater, closely supervised by our Dive Professionals.

We can provide a birthday cake, party favors and snacks. Just let us know.

The cost is about $25 per child and includes dive equipment, close supervision, food, and fun! Either drop by or call for more information including a look at the equipment and a tour of the pool.

The Boy Scout Merit Badge

Congratulations to the Boy Scouts of America for the recent creation of the Boy Scout merit badge. As both an SSI and SDI training agency, Denver Divers welcomes the opportunity to offer Open Water Diver certification to Scouts following the BSA guidelines. We can work with troops to allow Scouts age 15 and older to attain the Open Water Certification necessary for the Scuba Merit Badge. We can certify Scouts as young as age 10 to be Junior Open Water Divers.

All our instructors are directly affiliated with Denver Divers and are directly covered through the store’s insurance policies. We provide all the necessary gear to all our Open Water Diver candidates and stock a variety of sizes of BCDs, regulators, wetsuits, fins, masks and snorkels. Denver Divers understands that Scout Troops engage boys and girls from families with a variety of incomes. We welcome the chance to work with Troops to help meet the expenses of scuba diving.

Other Group/Scout Experiences

Denver Divers can offer younger scouts and Girl Scouts with other scuba experiences. Our Try Scuba program will allow children age 8 and older to experience swimming underwater with scuba gear in our slat-water pool.
