While most of us know what a basic shark may look like, we may not know that we are staring at one underwater and don’t even know it.  In our marine ecology course, you will learn about the different marine environments and what types of animals live in these different environments.  This class also teaches you how to identify different marine organisms so you are not surfacing wondering what you had just seen on your last dive.  As you travel through the world underwater, you will see many different marine organisms, all with a different story and past, but you won’t enjoy there presence  if you don’t know what you are looking at.
