Defined as any mixture of nitrogen and oxygen that contains less than the normal proportion of 79% nitrogen found in ordinary air, nitrox is designed to increase your safety underwater while increasing your bottom time. Nitrox has been accredited to aiding divers in conserving their energy during their dive, thus providing more energy to divers after their day of diving. Our talented instructors take the complicated physics of nitrox diving and aid you in understanding the basics needed to be safe and competent in a 4 hour session.
